On a space-available basis, I provide private, confidential mentoring to individuals, entrepreneurs, professional salespersons, recruiters, network, affiliate and multilevel marketers, writers and creative and performing artists. And for that matter, I work with executives from corporations such as Bank of America, Oracle, IBM, Wells Fargo Bank, Butterfield & Butterfield, and Chevron. 

And in all cases the mentoring program is customized to your needs and objectives.

Mentoring, provides an intensive ongoing vehicle to help you focus on goals and break through barriers that have previously stopped you. If you accept feedback well, are willing to experiment with adopting changes in your behavior and are intent on achieving results, mentoring can dramatically accelerate your progress. 

Mentoring provides independent, objective advice and direction on both business and personal issues related to performance style, competence, and interpersonal skills. It is especially beneficial for those who want rapid access to objective advice and clear options at key moments. 

Mentoring makes maximal use of available technology—phone, text messages, emails—to maximize impact, efficiency and convenience. 

Two mentoring options follow. People use these options differently. In either, we create a program customized to suit your needs in frequency of contact and format. 

1) Mentoring Option One:

One month of unlimited access to Dr. Christian by email, phone calls, text messages and other means Monday through Friday. Phone calls returned promptly, emails within 24 hours, faxes and other correspondence or courier packages reviewed and replied to within 24 hours of receipt.

Option One is ideal for those wishing to focus on particular issues for briefer periods of time -- it allows maximum flexibility without an extended commitment. 

The fee for Option One is $1,500 per 30-day segment. Payments must be made in advance to begin the process, to claim a place on the waiting list or to continue for additional segments. 

2) Mentoring Option Two:

Option Two allows you to set aside a block of six months in which to reach substantive personal, career, and/or business goals. Option Two provides unlimited access to me for mentoring by e-mail, phone, text messages as outlined above Monday through Friday.

The investment is a very favorable $6500 if paid in full in advance. Or alternatively, you can make your investment in three monthly installments of $2400.

Admission is limited. If no openings are available at the time you contact, you can choose to be placed on a "first come, first served" waiting list. 

Under Option Two, you may, for a reason we mutually agree upon, such as a vacation, "stop out" for a time, and then restart. 

Payment is required to begin the process or to claim a place on the waiting list.

I will get back to you with answers as to whether I can meet your needs and, if so, when we can start the process. 

If you choose to move forward, I will send you an invoice and once payment is made, we will set up an initial phone consultation to tailor a program that fits your particular needs and how best to proceed. If other services might serve you better I will make suggestions accordingly. (As mentioned, since participation is limited, there may be a waiting list at times.) 

If for some reason we decide not to proceed, (to date, it's never happened) your money will be refunded minus $200 for the initial consultation.
